Proven Experience and Results in Insurance Law

After law school, Mark gained valuable trial experience as an attorney with Vinson & Elkins, LLP. In 2009, he co-founded a trial practice law firm in Texas. The practice expanded to New Mexico a year later.

Then, in 2022, he joined with Josh Bowlin as co-founder of Callender Bowlin. He grew his practice further to include Colorado.

Today, with more than 20 years of experience, Mark continues his active trial practice in personal injury litigation, medical malpractice, business and commercial litigation, and products liability. He is adept at navigating a range of legal issues for clients, including businesses and corporations, as they respond to personal injury matters, product liability litigation, breach-of-contract claims, and government agency inquiries. His practice also includes representing insured parties in bad-faith insurance claims in both commercial and residential property.
